My foundation started earlier than most. Growing up in my family's janitorial business, I learned to maintain properties, take pride in the work, and show up consistently. That led naturally into property management, where I spent years overseeing full portfolios spanning affordable housing, military housing, and luxury residential.

Eighteen-plus years later, I've built operational systems, stabilized distressed assets, and helped owners make smarter decisions at every level. I see things most agents simply don't.

I also know homes from the inside out, literally. Drywall, copper pipe, tankless water heaters, EV chargers, water features. I know what adds real value and what's just a YouTube rabbit hole.

At the end of the day, I'm a guy who genuinely enjoys helping people and happens to know a lot about real estate.
