This promotion is meant for purchasers buying their first home in Hawaii or looking and looking to move into the home. This is not offered to investors or home flippers of any kind.  Not all services may be needed by a buyer and cannot be replaced or switched with any other cost or services. In the event the buyer forgoes one of the provided covered and paid for services there will not be a replacement or credit to cover a new service. The offer will go towards a reduction in the buyers closing costs. This WILL NOT go towards the buyers downpayment or earnest deposits. 

In the event that the buyer purchases a home with Pineapple Homes at eXp Realty and they use our free listing service the buyer understands that they must meet these requirements:

  1. The buyer must sign a listing agreement within 365 days of the closing date from when they purchased the home.

  2. This does not apply to other homes the client would like to sell.

  3. This offer cannot be transferred to any other person. Additionally, Pineapple Homes will perform the act of exclusive listing representation at no cost to the seller. Pineapple Homes at eXp Realty will provide and pay for home photography. Home staging services will not be included and if the seller was to perform any staging or repairs that would be at their own cost. The seller is encouraged to pay a buyers commission of 2%-3% to the buyers agent but they are not required to and can choose to pay any buyer agency commission they choose. The listing agent or listing brokerage will NOT pay a buyers agent commission or any kind of commission out of pocket. The seller understands that this ONLY included the services of representation. This does not include any closing costs that may be paid to escrow, vendors or any other party. Pineapple Homes at eXp is in fact providing this at NO COST to the client and will not benefit in any way from the home sale other than providing great service and building a strong and positive reputation in the community.
