Chris brings years of experience in home construction, sales and property management into his real estate sales career with a passion for helping people find the right home for their needs. His career started in custom, multimillion-dollar new construction, giving him firsthand knowledge of everything that goes into building a quality home from the ground up. He later worked as a Top Producing Sales Manager in Southern California’s largest material handling company, focusing on contract negotiation, sales management and problem-solving while building and retaining key client relationships.

Chris also spent time in operations and distribution for a national OTC pharmaceutical company, where he oversaw logistics, budgeting and efficiency improvements. His experience managing multi-unit properties— from tenant screening to budgeting and maintenance— gave him valuable insight into real estate investments, income properties and homeownership.

Outside of his profession as a Realtor, Chris has always loved coaching and mentoring. He spent years coaching club soccer for Legends Football Club, helping the club win five National Championships while he was there and guiding many players to earn Division 1 college scholarships. That same leadership and teamwork carry over into his approach to real estate—where he listens to his clients, understands their needs, and works hard to find the right fit for them.

Living in Makakilo on the West side of the island of Oahu, Chris enjoys spending time with his three kids, as well as surfing, photography and exploring the island. He understands that buying or selling a home is often the largest investment or most important decision that anyone will make in their lives, and he’s here to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible!
